We are constantly striving to find those artisans who reflect our vision: their specialty products and traditional taste will bring you to the very heart of the most iconic regions of Italy.

Our story
We are a young Italian company which operates in the field of high quality food products, with direct online sales on the Italian territory.
Born in 2016 from an intuition of Mr. Marco Bulferetti – young entrepreneur belonging to a family that has been in the tourism and hospitality industry for almost a century -, our main goal is to guarantee the highest quality of each of the products we deal with. That’s why we only partner up with companies which have a long and respectful history in the great Italian culinary tradition.
When it all started, the basic idea was to market only Italian food products of great prestige, on the national territory, but over the years, the initial idea has increasingly materialized and Volare food is now operating on the international markets with many of its selected partners .
Our philosophy
We are a young and committed company, and we believe in the power of people and good relationships.
We think we can operate at our fullest potential only by allowing people to do their best work.
In a nutshell, we tried to create a company where individual differences are nurtured; we add value to employees, rather than merely extracting it from them. At the same time we monitor and assess ideas with an analytical business focus. We care about our team, as much as we care about our customers.
We take things seriously, but enjoy doing them. Our work is not simply “ to sell products” , but to choose the right producers we can be the ambassadors of. We visit every single company we decide to establish a partnership with, and we are taught about the history, properties and attributes of a specific food item .
